Stayed for a week. Housekeeping was very friendly, my room was kinda close to the lobby which made it easy for doing laundry.Location was great! About 5 minutes from all fast food places. The only bad thing was the roads in the town. They are working on the roads and turns, lanes and stop lights were confusing. But other then that my stay was great and I will stay again when coming back this way!
Thank you for a good night's rest. Room was pretty good size and very clean. Shower was great. Bed was very comfortable. The out side was really nice clean not cluttered. Tad bit pricey but good.
Clean and quiet, pet friendly, and staff were especially attentive and friendly. They even provide dinner and breakfast, for free! They have a nice pool too. Rates are better than most in the area. Jeanette treated us like family, we would definitely come back
The rooms are very nice it is my choice of a place to say when I need a motel in Lamesa. The manager was extremely accommodating and very helpful and very kind. Great place to stay.
We were traveling through when major storms hit the areas all around and we decided to find a place to stay for the night. Southern Inn had nice clean rooms and friendly staff. I'm currently in a wheelchair and was really happy to find that the rooms were large enough to allow me to move around easily, this is not something to find often unless the room is specifically designated "accessible". I highly recommend Southern Inn and Suites to anyone traveling though the area that would like a clean and comfortable place to stay. UPDATED: I almost never go back to edit my reviews but this company really has taken the extra steps to ensure we were fully happy with our stay even though I had already given them five stars. I can not express my gratitude in any other way than to amend my review and reiterate that I do fully recommend Southern Inn and Suites.
Want to start by saying the front desk attendant were very friendly, she already knew who I was before even telling her my name!!! Was offer fresh hot dinner upon arrival which was so yummy... the cook Ms. Fela was so sweet very attentive... our room was a perfect size, very clean, bed was so comfortable (slept like a baby) parking lot was well lit up which was very good!!! Morning breakfast was delicious, had scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes etc... waffle was so yummy!!! Best stay ever... will definitely be returning
I was skeptical, but the price was good and it was just one night. This if apparently a pretty new hotel, and it was quite nice. Maribel and her service were delightful. She served a complimentary breakfast AND dinner. Homemade food and great care. I would definitely recommend this place.
Had a very comfortable stay here. The room was clean , the fridge was a good size, there were plenty of channels on the TV, the front desk clerk was kind, and breakfast was served in the morning. There was also a pool I didn't get to make use of as well. Overall, very satisfied, especially for the reasonable price.
